Tips for the Process

Be specific

We look for concrete evidence and examples: name projects, tools, outcomes, and your actual role in them. Being concrete is more important than the complexity of the solution.

Practice structured thinking

The case study tests how you approach ambiguous, real-world problems. Practice breaking problems down, stating assumptions, and defending tradeoffs.

Know the GenAI landscape

We work exclusively in generative AI. Be ready to discuss concepts like RAG, agents and LLMs. Be transparent about what you know and what you don't.

Ask substantive questions

Every stage leaves room for your questions. Make good use of this time by asking questions you really care about. We learn how you think through what you ask.
